6. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

The responsibility for securing valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and adhering to health requirements, lies with you. While Choquequirao Expeditions can offer guidance, the final responsibility for obtaining and verifying these documents is yours. We advise addressing these matters well ahead of your trip.

Choquequirao Expeditions reserves the right to make changes to our services, including modifications to our website, offerings, or pricing. We will endeavor to keep these changes from affecting confirmed bookings, except in cases of unavoidable external factors.

The legal jurisdiction for these Terms and Conditions is Peru. By booking with us, you agree to resolve any disputes under the jurisdiction of Peruvian courts, in accordance with Peruvian law.

Prompt reporting allows us the opportunity to address and potentially resolve the issue. For unresolved concerns, submit a written complaint within 30 days of your trip’s conclusion, detailing the specific issues encountered.

15. Liability for Damages

You are accountable for any damage you cause to properties or equipment during our tours. The costs for repair or replacement will be your responsibility.
